Stanley Hicks is a firm of Chartered Surveyors with a 200 year heritage in the City of London.

Stanley Hicks was founded in 1889 and has been based in the City of London since the early 1900's. In the summer of 2002, we merged with one of the country's oldest surveying firms, Fuller Horsey Wills which commenced business in 1807.

The two firms had a very similar outlook with regard to business as well as having a very complementary fit of clients and activities. We would like to think that our traditional heritage, when coupled with our contemporary business methods, gives us a unique position in today's market.

We provide solutions to problems and advise on all the possible challenges involved in the ownership and occupation of property. Our personalised service ensures that many of our clients are long-standing.
